White and Williams Partner, Chris Konzelmann, will present "Why Lithium-Ion Batteries Fail and Who You Can Sue," at the 2024 National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) Annual Conference in Phoenix, AZ, on October 28, 2024 at 3:45 PM.

This presentation will explore common causes for lithium-ion battery failures, such as defective batteries, chargers and improper use. In addition, this presentation will provide insight into identifying responsible parties and the legal obstacles in pursuing claims for damages as a result of lithium-ion battery fires.
