White and Williams Appoints New Subrogation Department Leadership
White and Williams LLP is proud to announce that Chris Konzelmann, Partner, has been elected as Chair of the Subrogation Department. Chris will succeed Ed Jaeger, who served as Chair of the Department for nine years.
“Leadership is not about titles or positions; it’s about inspiring others to achieve their best. As I step away from this role, I do so with immense gratitude for the journey we’ve shared, the challenges we’ve overcome, and the successes we’ve celebrated together. The future of our group is bright, and I look forward to Chris’ strong leadership in the years to come,” commented Ed Jaeger, Partner. Ed will continue working with clients in the Subrogation Department.
“As a firm with a longstanding nationally recognized Subrogation practice, it is crucial that we choose strong leaders who will continue our mission of growth and client service excellence,” said Tim Davis, the firm’s Managing Partner. “We are grateful for Ed Jaeger’s outstanding leadership and growth of the practice over the last nine years. I have every confidence that Chris will succeed in filling this role and I am excited to see where this practice goes from here.”
Chris is a recognized industry leader who has been investigating and litigating large loss subrogation claims for over 30 years. He is an active member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, a Certified Instructor with the International Association of Arson Investigators, and an instructor at the National Fire Academy in Emmitsburg, Maryland. He regularly presents on subrogation related topics.
“I am honored to lead the 45 members of the Subrogation Department, an extremely talented group of professionals that provide outstanding results to our clients,” stated Chris Konzelmann.
Chris also volunteers in his community. He is a certified interior structural firefighter, fire instructor, and Captain with the Moorestown Fire Department in Burlington County, New Jersey, where he regularly responds to emergency calls for assistance in his hometown and surrounding communities.
