OVERVIEW
Michael Ciamaichelo concentrates his practice exclusively in the field of subrogation, focusing on property losses primarily involving fire, explosions, structural collapses, water damage, defective products and construction defects. Michael has investigated and litigated subrogation claims throughout the United States and is tenacious in obtaining maximum recoveries for his clients.
Prior to joining White and Williams LLP, Michael served as law clerk to the Honorable Marc M. Baldwin, Presiding Civil Judge of the Burlington County Superior Court of New Jersey. During law school, Michael served as intern to the Honorable L. Felipe Restrepo, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and as extern to the Honorable Joseph H. Rodriguez, U.S. District Court Judge for the District of New Jersey, Camden Vicinage.
